1996 cummins 2500 turbo diesel?

Is 4000$ a reasonable price for a 1996 2500 single cab dodge diesel it has some custom work pipe lights etc and im very interested also what are some cheap upgrades exterior interior and performance?

   All depends what the truck was used for and the condition. The engine if taken care of with maintenance is OK the trans is the weak link. Along with the entire drive train. Make sure U get the report of the truck as I had 1 that the insurance company took back after 2005 hurricane it went swimming it ran great and look great but some where it is on the road. Beware check close.
