2004 Dodge diesel AC, driver side blows semi cold air and passenger side blows hot air. What to do?

I get a little bit of cold out of the two driver side vents, and pretty much warm air out of the passenger side vents. Any suggestions on what to do or check to fix this?

It sounds like you have a AC blend door issue. Most late model Dodges. . . . especially diesels have electrically controled temperature blend doors. . . . and it sounds like you have one with automatic temperature controls and dual zone control. Sorry I have to be the bearer of bad news, but the dash has to be removed to replace the blend door actuator.
