The first start is with pilot injection. Then I load the same file without pilot injection. The second start is noticably louder. Compare sound levels at approximately 0:10-0:30 seconds and 1:40-2:00 in the video back to back to see how significant the difference is. With Pilot Injection enabled, you can order your coffee at the drive through without shutting the truck off.

The injection system on the 6. 0 doesn’t have the best response times because of the HUEI injectors, and the load on the FICM is an issue as well. I’m just testing for my own curiosity right now.
just curious. how did you get a pilot injection? tune?
