   It may void your emmissions warranty but they cannot void your vehicle warranty just because you put it in, it in the aftermarket parts law, what they can do is not cover you under warranty if something went wrong and they found that putting this stuff in caused the problem so be careful. If you do put it in, buy a chip with built in safeties and keep it in a low setting (tow is your best bet) and you SHOULD have no problems.
