   @norfolkdash9 2 stroke means? the engines piston completes its entire performance in two motions. Power, and compression. The blower on diesels, and the reed valve along with a pressurized crank case on gas 2 strokes perform the exhaust and intake strokes at the same time for 2 strokes. These are the 2 strokes that a 4 stroke must perform with it’s pistons along along with the power and compression.

   @norfolkdash9 most modern engines are four stroke, like the engine in a? car. One stroke is when the piston moves either up or down in the cylinder. So a car would be 1. suck air/fuel mix in 2. compress/fire. 3. Powerstroke 4. Exhaust
   You’d have to know a little bit about this engine, but basically: 1. air goes in, and at the same time exhaust goes out from the previous stroke. 2. Compression/fire
