95 Dodge Diesel 2500 trouble starting after sitting for a period of time. Truck will fire but will not start.?

Have changed lift pump with no success. Does start better after block heater has been on over night. Once started runs fine.

   Glow plugs burnt out

   Glow Plugs are bad my work truck did this to me and would not start untill I pluged in the block heater for a while change your glow plugs and it will start every time you should change your glow plugsd every 100 to 150 thousand miles because even if there still working good they ccan fail at any time and they also get mushroomed wich happened to me and they are really hard to get out of the head to change good luck.
