Are bully dog cold air intakes good?

I have a 2003 F250 7.3 Diesel.

   yea they are, it will help allot more if you can pipe your stroker out though. volant, banks and k&n also make outstanding cold air intakes. for the full effect of your intake be sure that its a true cold air intake and not just a filter relocater.
