I am looking at a 1994 Ram 3500 4X4 stake truck with a Cummins Turbo Diesel. Does anybody know the power specs of this engine? How easy is it to build up this diesel like the new ones?

I’m not sure on the exact horse power,but here’s a site for building those to run really good,they were pretty strong engines,this site has tuners and programmers for them that will help make more power for them,and their easy to build up on power,good luck with it. http://www. dodgeforum. com/m_753336/tm. htm
The 94-98. 5 (12 valve) Cummins is the most powerful to build because of the P7100 injection pump, and cheap. Stock rated at 160HP 400LbFt of torque and with a good turbo finally, it a sick combination for power. check out these sites and tell em Cowboy_Customs sent ya!
