you all know i put a lot of time and effort into making frig loads of videos for you so im asking you for some help in finding the right parts from the right place at the right price. the only things done to the truck are the bypassed egr cooler and valve and the 4″ turbo back strait pipe exhaust. thanks for your help

Detroit Diesel (GM) 8V71TT start. It was sitting in a partially sunken boat, and have’nt been started for a while. It had been cranking for a while before I got there with the camera. Unknown power, and unknown year produced.

This is what happens when you attempt to reuse a cracked engine head. The guys that rebuilt this engine did a wonderful job, as no one thought it would be possible to get this engine to run at all in the condition it was in at the start of the class. I give props to the guys that got this POS running: good job guys. Anyways, please comment.

12YHAZ Paxman genset from Chatham Docks. First run at the museum, only work required was replacement of a missing hand priming pump for the fuel and freeing off a stuck pump rack. Engine had been regularly started until fairly recently as a standby for the dockyard.
