Its a 2008 Ford F-250 Super duty Powerstoke:
Are these models made with only diesel engines?
I’m looking at a truck I want to buy and it doesn’t say diesel anywhere, the emblem on the side just says F-250 Powerstroke

powerstroke is a diesel
Diesel
Yes the Powerstrokes are all diesel, much better on fuel milage than the gas and much better torque.
Just to make sure open the hood and look on the front passenger side you should see the “snail” of the turbo.
Power stroke is most definitely a Diesel, that particular engine in that truck is supplied to ford by International Harvester. Take it for a test drive and you will fall in love.
The truck will have an emblem on the fender that says F-250 PowerStroke V8. It’s a Diesel. They do make two gasoline versions (5. 4L V-8 & 6. 8L-V10), but it won’t have “PowerStroke” on the emblem. Engine size is 6. 4 liter.
