@trailerproprop Yea i had something with my 2000 gmc 2500 where the cop monitor or fuzz buster doesnt work anymore. Same with the 4×4 where you can never tell if it is in 4×4 or not. I had recently bought a ford for plowing. Great in the snow but it sucks for driving

  2. trailerpro says:

@Gasser4×4 Not too bad. Had some torque converter issues last year but they were mostly electronic issues.

  3. Gasser4x4 says:

@trailerproprop how is that allison trans holding up?

  4. trailerpro says:

@llyDMAXX I had to run a wire from under the dash to both sides. It was a pain in the ass.

  5. llyDMAXX says:

Did you wire your mirrors to your park lights to get them to run or is there a wire in the door you hooked on to?

    Thanks

Nice. I think this is one of the only duramax’s pulling a heavy load without breaking down. lol

  11. gbplmr says:

Thats not true at all I know nasty has 1000+ hp and no issues with the heads being aluminum. The problem is the cracking piston issue.

  12. DEMAXIN says:

nice job POPs. . the duramax has alluminum heads but they have been holding up good under 600rwhp but after that all bets are off. .

  13. duramaxdude69 says:

If everyone would quit buyin’them brand new the prices would go down

  14. taytay2999 says:

i dont see how he does that with alluminum heads it cant be stock i like cummins myself but chevy gas truck is the best

  15. GThatchback says:

I hear ya about the cost of em.

  16. jaredmtfd says:

I’m a Cummins fan. . . but I can’t argue with a good Duramax. Those things are pissed-off right out of the box. I’ve always been a Chevy guy too. I would have one if they weren’t so expensive. I can get an older 12 or 24Valve cummins for a fraction of the cost of a Duramax. Someday I’ll have one though!

  17. savagedude says:
