engine swap for a 1965 chevy impala?

i want to swap out the motor of a 65 impala for a duramax 6.6 like in pimp my ride what would you all know where i could get the engine and what kind of shop would do the swap for me and please include the price of what you all wwould think it would cost

   Two words DEEP POCKETS

   $10,000+ engine/trans/rear end/computer,wiring another $3000+ to install.
   That’s what I might charge on the east coast add more for west coast.

   I always wanted to put a Dodge v10 in a car!

   If you had the engine and transmission with accessories in hand the labor should run about $1200.
