how hard would it be to put a duramax motor in my truck?

   you would have to changer out engine trans rear end fuel pump turbo and electronic larger radiator innercooler etc anything is possible but not real feasable be a lot easier to ger a 2500 with a duramax already in it

   To put it in a simple term, Very, Very, Very Hard. Basically, Remove the radiator cap, And drive a Duramax truck under it. Faster and cheaper.
