Put a diesel motor in it.

impossible to do without hurting fuel economy or engine. . . . without doin an engine swap

the only reason that the diesel fuel trucks blow black exhaust is because their rpms are going up. also, diesel fuel has different additives than gasoline. . . the black exhaust burning is pretty much the oil in the fuel burning which burns black. . . .

gasoline wont burn black smoke out of ur car. . . u can try adjusting your engine to make it shift later. . . which is bad for ur engine n fuel economy n wouldnt guarentee smoke

youre gonna have to overfuel your truck to get black smoke, but unfortunately you cant tune it to overfuel it at will to get a faux diesel look. black smoke in a gas or diesel engine is from unburned hydrocarbons (incompletely burned fuel). when a diesel rolls the black death cloud its from excessive fuel, but you get some serious power there, when you run a gas engine too rich it will run like junk. . basically dont do it, its self defeating and pretty stupid to do on a gas engine.

Polluting the air for fun wont make you look cool, and will get you charged with the same. Why would you want to destroy stuff any ways. Want to blow out black smoke from a gasoline engine. Just rev it up and keep it rev-ed up and it will soon blow out black smoke, and you will look so cool to every one around you.

get yourself a windshield wiper pump and container and put a oil line on the exhaust right my your manifold and just hook a switch to it
