Is there or is there not major problems with the 2006 Ford 6.0 diesel motor and torque shift transmission?

Are there any problems with the Dodge 2006 Cummings Diesel and trans? Are there any problems with the Chevrolet 2006 Duramax and trans?

   Dodge setup is best, GM is good, The only problem I know of on the Ford is that if the are not broken it exactly by the book, they will burn a lot of oil.
