with just the edge chip, the co-pilot will handle the power. im not sure about the warranty tho. they dont care too much about aftermarket filters at the dealer.
ok thanks how about the warranty its on the extended now but will that void it in anyway and is it detectable on the scanners they use?and something else i’ve got a K&N airfilter on it and got about maybe 10 to 20 HP thats not added in with what the chip is putting out. the ATS CO-Pilot will it still handle this much power?
for sure. a stock allison tranny wont hold the full power of youre edge chip. the only reason its still alive is because of the backdown feature. if you arent planning on doing any more chips/mods, an ATS Co-Pilot would work good. its basically a chip for the transmission. it adds line pressure for more holding power and shift firmness.
ok yea is that uncommon for the edge to get 510. and another question i know once you get so much power and torque you’ve gotta upgrade your tranny at what HP level and Torque level should I do this and what should I upgrade? i think i should upgrade it now because it feels like its slipping a little.

you got 510hp with an edge!? ppe is a nice program, or you can make a tune with EFI live. not sure what Brandon uses.
What did you do to get that much power i have the LLY and edge chip and i can get 510 and 1000 pounds torque thats it.

It has a torsen style differential that replaced the G80 locker. The transmission is a full Suncoast Stage V race unit, no problems holding the power.
