Shoot a little ether in there. She’ll either start or she won’t. In all seriousness, I would? find some way to monitor the ICP pressure. You need around 500 psi to get a 7. 3 to start. If you have low pressure, the by-pass plug on your oil filter mount might be missing, causing the oil to drain back into the oil pan. I had the same problem with my ‘97. Also check alternator voltage.
    Good Luck!
