Who is Diesel 33? Can you guess? Who is Wadebridge supposed to be? Why is he pushing Daisy along? Due to using “the wrong sort of coal” the MHR have been forced to use diesel power on Thomas Tank day. At least 3 steam engines have failed. This has caused the arrival of the dreaded Diesel 33. Filmed at Ropley station on the Mid Hants Railway (MHR) during “Thomas the Tank” week August 2009. Diesel 10 is a Class 37 engine. Thomas is an obscure unknown tank engine. The MHR line is sometimes called The Hampshire Alps and also the Watercress Line. Thomas is a tank engine who lives at a big station on the Island of Sodor. He’s a cheeky little engine with six small wheels, a short stumpy funnel, a short stumpy boiler and a short stumpy dome. He was created by the Rev. WV Awdry.

Whoops!! I thought the engine Thomas was passing at 0:00 to 0:32 was actually? Douglas but now I can see that it’s not. So that’s what they use for Duck!!! Sorry for being rude if I was.
In the title and on the video, I think you mean Douglas. The MHR doesn’t have an engine for? Duck and the loco looks just like the Douglas they built.
