the engine temp. could be very very very hot. just dont touch it. trust me its very hot.
the water temp. is a different story. that would get very hot too. it shouldnt get to the red part on the gauge. some have numbers some gauges dont. if yours has numbers i’d say around 200something would be ok. just not close to the bottom or left side of the gauge.
