dodge diesel with cummins 6.7 liter,
chevy silverado with powerstroke duramax engine or, ford power stroke 6.7 liter ?
i go for a dodge diesel since it has a cummins engine (cummins engines are built for heavy duty since the big rigs have cummins engines) or maybe im wrong ? so whats the best diesel truck to get? out of these three
Go with the cummins, but whatever you do, don’t get a 6. 0 powerstroke.

all 3 are neck and neck in pretty much all areas. performance, towing, breaking, mpg you name it they are pretty close for the 2011 models. 6. 7 cummins is a good motor has proven itself based off the old 5. 9’s that have been in dodges since 89 but were produced before that 83 i believe guys i talk to say the tranny could use a bit of fine tuning though said it felt like it held the cummins back by shifting way to soon and lugging the motor. the duramax has been around for 10 years and has proven to be a good engine/tranny combo. the 6. 7 powerstroke is brand new but with that said there really hasn’t been any warranty problems with the engines (when the 6. 7 first came out only 2 replacement engines were in the US) but have only heard of 1 6. 7 psd biting the dust due to bad castings. overall drive all 3 and pick the one that best suites your price, style, needs ect they will all preform well for you.
