Why does the 1992-1996 ford F-250 has 2 gas tank doors?

it is a powerstroke diesel engine or 2 gas tanks

   This car actually has two gasoline tanks for a greater fuel range. There should be a switch of some kind to switch between the two.

    some of them have dual tanks in them,that’s why they have two doors on them,good luck.
